This virtual roundtable is intended to bridge the gap for Building Owners, Managers, Facility Operations and Tenants.

This event will bring together experts from the fields of Corporate Real Estate, Data Science, and Design to discuss moving beyond the fear of the pandemic and steps your organization can take to keep on track with sustainability goals while accommodating changes required in the time of COVID19. Our panelists offer insights, share facts, and respond to audience questions on the challenges of the new normal by leveraging knowledge and experience from serving their diverse global client base.

Panelists:

Designing global products aligned with Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) principles and frameworks, like U.N. SDGs, CDP, GRESB, Jenna Rowe is JLL’s Global Sustainability Product Manager. Jenna contributes to JLL’s own global reporting and industry partnerships, and will provide a “glocal” perspective on reconciling ESG priorities.  A U.S. Navy veteran, Jenna’s experience ranges from aviation maintenance to retail and corporate management to community relations, leading cross-functional teams including sales, stakeholder engagement and strategy development.


Cindy Hill has direct experience as a Facility Manager, Performance Manager and Sourcing Manager. As a Global Sustainability Manager, she designed and manged a Workplace Sustainability Program that reached 100,000+ client employees and reduced waste to landfill by more than 25%. Ms. Hill also partnered with JLL's Energy & Sustainability Services group to deliver energy solutions that led to an eight percent reduction across the client's portfolio. Cindy holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a LEED AP O&M accreditation, is a Certified CxP Manager and Certified Maintenance Manger. She is a member and past Board member of the USGBC Southwest Ohio, a Member of the Greater Cincinnati Green Business Council and Green Umbrella. Cindy is a regular presenter to the JLL IFM Community.


Tim Hertel, C.E.M., LEED GA, is a Lead Engineer for Graphet Data Mining, is responsible for championing energy efficiency projects in large industrial and commercial facilities across the United States. He extracts insights and delivers value to customers using his technical systems experience in HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, and lighting systems combined with complex energy data analysis. Previously, he held positions in sustainability and energy management with JLL and Toyota Motor North America, where he directed energy management and reduction activities at more than 130 global sites. Mr. Hertel holds a BS in Engineering and a ME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.


Daniel Lessing brings over 17 years of experience in plant and environmental engineering, project planning, and construction management to BHDP. Joining the workplace team as a Client Leader, Daniel continues to develop his expertise in team management and strategic thinking for both national and international projects. As a global-minded professional, he is well versed in the creation of highly technical and sustainable buildings. He is skilled in meeting aggressive schedules that are on time and under budget and can lead project through from site selection to building occupancy.
