The Tri-State Trails Summit is our biennial convening of partners and stakeholders to advance the conversation around trails, biking, and walking in Greater Cincinnati. Due to COVID-19, the Summit will be part virtual and part in-person this year.

On Thursday, October 29, we will broadcast our live keynote and Q&A session featuring Tamika Butler on Zoom from 7-9 PM. The keynote session will be free to attend so we can reach a wider audience that includes residents and advocates, in addition to practitioners.

On Friday, October 30 we will host two outdoor breakout sessions on the trail. There will be a fee to participate in the breakout sessions. All participants will be required to wear a mask and practice physical distancing.

The Summit is Tri-State Trails' biggest annual fundraiser. Your business or organization can support our work to connect and expand the trail and bikeway network in the Tri-State by sponsoring the Summit. Below is an outline of the sponsorship levels and benefits associated with each level.


A. Trailblazer Sponsor – $2,500.00

  • Top recognition on all digital materials (email, website)
  • Social media shout out on boosted post (2,500 Facebook, 700 Twitter, 1,300 Instagram)
  • Opportunity to address audience for 3 minutes during keynote welcome

B. Pathfinder Sponsor – $1,000.00
  • Second tier recognition on all digital materials (email, website)
  • Sponsor mobile breakout session on the trail (to be confirmed)

C. Navigator Sponsor – $500.00
  • Third tier recognition on all digital materials (email, website)
