LEED Case Study: Glenville Circle North

USGBC’s East North Central Region (ENC) has curated a series of four LEED case studies to highlight exemplary projects in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Our case studies offer detailed information about the project including its successes and challenges. We will share the story behind the project, give attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how the team went through the LEED process, including lessons learned, and discuss ongoing performance. There will be a contextual presentations, a lively panel discussion and ample time for audience questions.

Join us for the second session of our LEED Case Study Series which will feature Glenville Circle North—a 65,000 square foot LEED certified v4 BD+C mixed use development. This case study will share detailed information about the project including its successes and challenges. We will share the story behind the project, give attendees a behind-the-scenes look at how the team went through the LEED process, including lessons learned, and discuss ongoing performance. There will be a contextual presentation, a lively panel discussion and ample time for audience questions.

  • Learn how to handle core and shell tenant spaces in mixed-use buildings under LEED v4 BD+C.
