World Town Planning Day is celebrated in 30 countries on four continents each November. It is a special day to recognize and promote the role of planning in creating livable communities.

About Climate Safe Neighborhoods: The Climate Safe Neighborhoods partnership brings together nine Groundwork Trusts to explore the relationship between historical race-based housing segregation and the current and predicted impacts of climate change. Trusts are working closely with residents and stakeholders to organize, mobilize, and effect systems change to make communities more resilient to extreme heat and flooding.
